We have several induction audio headphones and/or individual loops to tune your hearing aid into. They can be used for audio, audio description, or both. They function with films but regrettably do not work for live, satellite-streamed events. They can be used for audio, audio description, or both.

Please just ask the staff at the cinema Kiosk.

We include screenings of films with subtitles in our programme, typically two per week, plus many of the kids films early in the day.

Subtitled films are indicated on the website to the right of the film time and screen information with the phrase "CAPTIONED"

The cinema has step-free entrance from the pavement through to the stalls of Screen 1 (where there is a wheelchair space that is accessible also by a mobility scooter) and to Screen 2 (where there is a wheelchair space).

The balcony of Screen 1 can only be accessed by stairs. There are 26 wide, solid steps with handrails on both sides.

There are disabled and ambulant-disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor, easily accessible from the stalls of Screen 1, from Screen 2 and from the reception and kiosk area.

There are only double yellow lines outside the cinema, but passengers can be dropped off and picked up immediately outside the cinema doors.

There is a disc-parking bay and single yellow line parking 50 metres away from the cinema on Church Street both of which can be used by Blue Badge holders.
